1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customers may request a cancellation of their order or subscription by contacting us at bharani@thecrux.ai within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product or service has not yet been delivered, activated, or used.

1.2 Once a digital product, service, course, or subscription has been activated, used, or accessed, it cannot be cancelled.

1.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order or transaction if:

  • The product/service is unavailable;
  • There are inaccuracies in pricing or description;
  • The payment is found to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

In such cases, any amount deducted will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Payment made for a service not delivered due to internal issues.
  • Valid cancellation request before service activation.

2.2 Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services, courses, or content already delivered, activated, or accessed;
  • Promotional or discounted purchases;
  • Change-of-mind or non-usage after access is granted.

2.3 Approved refunds will be processed to the original source of payment (e.g., card, UPI, netbanking, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing timelines.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at bharani@thecrux.ai with the following details:

  • Transaction ID / Order ID
  • Payment Date and Amount
  • Reason for Refund Request

Our team will verify the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
