AI for Product Leaders · Built on the Claude Stack · June 13 – July 18, 2026

Become the product leader who sets your company's AI strategy — and has the depth to own it end to end.

Product leaders are now expected to own their company's AI strategy, build the team to execute it, and understand AI systems well enough to shape decisions in any room. This cohort gives you the frameworks, vocabulary, and hands-on practice to do that — so you show up to every board update, design review, and engineering standup as an AI-first product leader who sets the direction, not just ships the features.

Illustrative — actual outputs depend on your product context.

Past theCRUX participants work at
AI is reshaping product decisions.
The best PMs are leading them.

Engineering leads are running evals. Data science is choosing models. Platform teams are building the AI infrastructure. The PMs who understand these decisions are the ones shaping them — and the most valuable product leaders right now are those who can set AI strategy AND understand the systems well enough to execute it credibly.

This is about becoming the PM who sets your company's AI direction — who can write a credible AI product strategy, build and lead the team to execute it, and walk into any technical review with enough depth to shape the outcome. Strategy without execution depth is advice. This cohort gives you both. The technical depth is calibrated for what product leaders actually need: enough to engage meaningfully in architectural decisions and earn credibility in any technical room — no prior engineering background assumed.

Before and after this cohort
Before
After
Your company's AI strategy is decided above you — you're executing the roadmap, not setting it
You set the AI agenda for your product area and present it to leadership and the board with confidence
Agentic system architecture is decided by engineering, not shaped by you
Spec agentic workflows with confidence and catch failure modes early
Evals are a post-launch conversation, not part of the PRD
Define eval criteria in your PRD before a line of code is written
Model updates arrive as production surprises, not planned events
Build model drift monitoring into your launch and post-launch plan
AI feature costs are a finance conversation, not a scoping input
Model token economics into your feature scoping and pricing before a line of code is written
AI product org design is an open question — hiring and team structure happen without a clear framework
You know what a high-performing AI product org looks like — and how to build and lead one
Human oversight and governance are bolted on at launch, not designed in
Design human oversight and approval workflows into the product architecture from day one
5 weeks. Built around your evenings.

Structured for working professionals — Wednesday evenings after the kickoff weekend. Each working session adds depth; self-paced Build Labs cement it on your own product between sessions, with weekly office hours to accelerate your build. Expect to invest ~40 hours across the programme.

The pedagogy here is deliberate: the only way to develop real AI product intuition is to build. Irrespective of your technical background, every session feeds directly into hands-on work — on your own product, your own use cases, your own roadmap. The bootcamp weekend gets you shipping from day one. By the capstone, you're demoing something live that you built yourself. No prior technical depth assumed. But by the end, you'll have it — because building is how you get there.

On Completion
Blockchain-verified certificate of completion

Graduates who complete the programme receive a credential that lives on a third-party blockchain — independently verifiable by anyone, for life, without needing to contact theCRUX. Share it on LinkedIn, attach it to a proposal, or link it from your profile. It can't be faked, revoked, or lost.

Become an AI-first Product Leader.
A strong fit if you are…
  • A CEO, founder, or VP Product setting your company's AI product strategy
  • A Senior PM, Group PM, or Product Lead working on AI features
  • A PM with 3+ years of experience shipping products who wants to go deep on AI
  • A technical professional — engineer, data scientist, or analyst — moving into product or product strategy
Not the right fit if you are…
  • Looking for a beginner AI tools or prompting course — this goes deep, not broad
  • Unable to commit to the Wednesday evening schedule
  • Expecting a self-paced recorded course
Two tracks. Pick yours.

What you'll build with — the Claude stack

This programme runs entirely on Anthropic's Claude stack — Claude.ai, Claude Code, and the Anthropic API. You'll need two things beyond the course fee:

Claude Pro
$20 / month
Claude.ai + Claude Code access. Required throughout the programme — subscribe directly with Anthropic.
Anthropic API Credits
~$5 minimum
For the agentic build labs where you invoke a model directly into your product. Pay-as-you-go — most participants spend under $10 total.
Common questions
Yes — the programme is designed for product leaders, not engineers. Every session is framed around product decisions: setting AI strategy, building the right org, writing specs that engineering respects, and owning the roadmap with credibility. The technical vocabulary (agents, evals, cost structures) is taught at exactly the depth a PM needs to lead confidently in any room — board, design review, or engineering standup — without writing a line of code.
No coding required — but you will build a real, working AI product during this programme. Claude Code lets you ship functional tools and agents without writing traditional code. By the capstone on Jul 18, you'll demo something live that you built yourself: a working product, a running agent, or a deployed prototype. The Claude Code for Life bootcamp on Jun 13–14 gets you there even with zero prior coding experience.
Each week has a 3-hour Instructor-Led Working Session plus 2–3 hours of Self-paced Build Labs. The build labs are hands-on — you ship something real each week (a tool, a running agent, a deployed prototype) on your own product, before the next session. No busywork, no documents. The capstone is a live product demo, not a presentation deck.
Yes — there are weekly office hours with instructors throughout the programme. Bring your build, your questions, or anything you're stuck on.
Yes — in fact this is the best time to come. You'll leave with the frameworks to evaluate and propose AI features credibly, so you can proactively set your company's AI direction rather than waiting for it to be handed down. The capstone project can be a proposal, not just a review of something in flight.
Full refund within 24 hours of booking. No refunds after that. Cohort sizes are small and a last-minute cancellation affects the group. If you have an unavoidable conflict after booking, email hello@thecrux.ai — we'll work something out.
Yes — two things are required separately. A Claude Pro subscription ($20/month) gives you access to Claude.ai and Claude Code, which we use throughout the programme. You'll also need to add a minimum of ~$5 in Anthropic API credits for the agentic build labs, where you invoke a model directly into your product — most participants spend under $10 total across the 5 weeks. Neither is bundled in the course price because you'll want to keep using both after the cohort ends.
Yes. We issue GST invoices for all purchases. Email hello@thecrux.ai after booking with your company's GST details and we'll send the invoice within 24 hours. Most participants get this reimbursed as professional development.
Early bird pricing at ₹49,999 is available while seats remain. The regular price is ₹1,00,000. We don't set artificial deadlines — when the 25 seats fill, they fill.
